WhatsApp follow-up
WaitingGet a price in the demo and the AI assistant messages the homeowner within seconds.
The homeowner measures their own drive, sees a price set above your usual rate, and books the survey. Run it on your own leads, or have our UK desk qualify them and fill your diary.
Search the address, then tap each corner of the driveway on the satellite view.
Plot at least 3 corners to measure the drive, or tap Use sample drive.
Pick the finish and tell us what's there now. Any ground prep is included in the estimate.

Whichever plan you pick, your towns are yours. Nobody else in them gets the estimator, the system or our bookings. Check yours before you read any further.
Type a town and pick it from the list. Add as many as you cover.
We don't know that one. Start typing and pick from the list, or tell us on the call.

The instant reply, diary booking and pipeline are on every plan from £249. On Full Platform and up, AI holds the whole WhatsApp conversation like the one above instead of sending set messages.
"Enquiries going cold while I was on a job. Evenings lost to quotes. Driving an hour to meet someone who'd never had the budget. I'd had enough, so I built the fix."
Phil RoganFounder, Driveway Pilot
Phil runs Driveways UK, working with homeowners and installers across the UK. He knows what it costs when a hot enquiry waits until tonight for a reply, when a quote goes out and nobody chases it, and when a whole morning goes on a survey that was never going to turn into work.
So he built the system to run his own businesses first: instant pricing, a reply in seconds, qualified appointments straight into the diary, and follow-up that never forgets. It's helped his team convert almost 80% more enquiries than ever before. Driveway Pilot is that same system, set up for your firm.
On Trial and Partner, this is the whole arrangement. No grey areas.
Generate the enquiries and carry the full cost of doing it. You pay for outcomes, not attempts.
Tell us the postcode you work out of and how far your teams will travel. We turn that into the districts on your plan.
Establish what the homeowner is working with before you're involved: budget, expectations, timescale and who's making the decision.
Turn up to the appointment. On time, in a van, looking like a business.
Speak to every enquiry from our UK desk and only book the ones worth your time.
Measure properly and issue a fixed written quote within 48 hours.
Put the appointment in your calendar with a full brief attached, so you arrive knowing what they want and roughly what they expect to pay.
Tap won or lost when you're back in the van. Two seconds, and it's what makes next month's bookings better than this month's.
Four stages. Three of them happen before your phone ever rings.
We use our own tools, channels and methods to put driveway enquiries in front of us, in the postcodes you cover. That side is on us: how we do it isn't your problem, and neither is the cost.
Every enquiry gets an instant indication of cost and then a call from our desk. We establish the budget, the timescale, the decision-maker and the ground conditions. Anything that doesn't stack up never reaches you.
Booked around your existing jobs, with a written brief: what they want, what's down there now, what they've been told it costs and what matters to them.
You're not selling from cold. They've already agreed to see someone, they already know the rough number, and you already know what's driving the decision before you knock.
The awkward part of a driveway job is the number, and it usually lands at the door with no warning. The estimator deals with it first: the homeowner gets a realistic figure on screen, and on booked plans our desk establishes what they're actually prepared to spend.
By the time you arrive, expectations are set at the proper end of the market rather than the cheapest quote in town. You're confirming a number they've already made peace with.
| £ per m² | OverlaySound base | Some prepCracked or sunken | Full dig-outGrass, gravel, soil |
|---|---|---|---|
| Resin bound | £110 | £130 | £175 |
| Block paving | £110 | £125 | £140 |
| Imprinted concrete | £95 | £110 | £125 |
| Tarmac | £90 | £125 | £150 |
Same drive, different ground, different price. The estimator asks the homeowner what's there now and picks the right rate for it, so a full dig-out is never quoted at overlay money and the prep is paid for before you arrive.
Starting rates. We set yours to your real prices at onboarding. The homeowner never sees a square metre or a rate, only their price, framed as an indication subject to survey.
Run the system on your own leads, or have us book qualified surveys straight into your diary. No setup fee. Rolling monthly, 30 days' notice.
The system, running on your own ads, socials and Google profile.
Everything built for you. Still your own leads.
Everything in Platform, plus:
Three booked surveys inside 30 days, then decide.
From 7 bookings a month. Full Platform drops to £249 when you commit to bookings.
Bookings stay £143 whatever you take. What changes is how far the software cost spreads, until it disappears altogether.
Tap a number and it goes straight onto the sign-up form. Want more than twenty-one? Tell us the number: there's no cap, only what your crews can physically get to.
One two-car driveway covers the month several times over. No commission, no percentage, no reporting your invoices to us.
We quote the homeowner above your own rate and hold them there, so they arrive expecting the bigger number. The extra covers what we cost. Move the sliders to your numbers.
Two things have to be true for this to hold: the homeowner still books at the higher figure, and you hold the price at the door. Our desk does the first. The second is you.
Seven is the smallest Partner plan, because below that we can't keep a pipeline warm in your postcodes. Above it, the number is yours to set, and you can move it whenever your crews change.
Extra enquiries in your patch come to you first, every time, at the same £143. If you're booked six weeks out and can't get to them, say so and we'll place them elsewhere rather than leave a homeowner waiting. No effect on your seven.
Your towns are locked the moment payment clears. You're not waiting on a build before anything happens.
Nobody else can be sold your towns. On Trial and Partner the advertising starts that day, so enquiries are coming in while the rest is being built.
Your rates per square metre, which surfaces you lay, team size, how far you travel, and the days and times you're free to quote. Then you pick a time for your onboarding call.
CRM, WhatsApp on your number, Google Business Profile, review requests, calendar sync and the estimator set to your rates, plus your website on Full Platform and Partner.
Enquiries land priced and in one place. On Trial and Partner, the first surveys are booked around the availability you gave us.
Your 30 days, or your first month's seven, are counted from the day the advertising goes live, not the day the build finishes.
254 towns across the UK, one installer in each. Tap a region to see what's left in it.
Every lead company you've used before got one of these wrong. Here's where we stand before you ask.
One homeowner, one installer, one appointment. If you've spent years racing three other firms to the phone, that's the thing we've deliberately built out.
What it costs us to find the work is our problem. You pay a flat price per booking and nothing else. No management fee, no spend reports.
Fall short of seven and the balance rolls into next month as credit. On the trial, anything we haven't delivered inside 30 days comes back to you. If a town you paid for turns out to be gone, you're refunded in full the same day.
No commission, no percentage of turnover, no reporting your invoices to us. You pay a flat monthly figure and keep every pound you earn.
Nothing reaches your calendar until someone on our desk has spoken to the homeowner and established it's real, funded and within your patch.
Rolling, 30 days' notice, and a £599 trial if you'd rather test it than take our word for it.
No. Platform and Full Platform run on your own leads and include no bookings from us. Bookings come with Trial and Partner, and you can move up to either whenever you're ready.
£249 is the system running on leads you generate yourself: CRM, missed-call text back, instant replies, WhatsApp, Google Business Profile, review requests, your Facebook and TikTok enquiries in one place, diary booking and quote chasing, plus the estimator as a link you can share. £499 adds the parts we build rather than switch on: a website on your own domain with the estimator built into it, and AI that holds a real conversation rather than sending set messages.
No, it's the smallest Partner plan. Below seven we can't keep a pipeline warm in your postcodes. Above it you set the number: fourteen, twenty-one, more if your crews can get to them. Bookings stay £143 whatever you take, and the software cost comes out of the price entirely at twenty-one.
Seven bookings at £143 each is £1,000. Full Platform is £499. Bought separately that's £1,499. On Partner it's £1,249, because the software drops to £249 when you commit to the bookings, so you get the website, the estimator and the AI for the price of the base system.
No, and you'll never see an ad bill. What we spend to find the work is our problem and our risk. You're buying seven appointments at a fixed £143 and the system that delivers them.
No. The appointments arrive through the platform: the calendar sync, the WhatsApp thread, the brief that tells you what you're walking into. There's no way to hand them over without it.
The shortfall carries into the following month as credit at the same rate. Deliver five, you start the next month with nine owed. The running count sits in your dashboard.
Three confirmed appointments inside 30 days. If we haven't delivered them by the end of the window, the balance comes back to you. There's no plan to cancel and no obligation to buy a second lot.
All four. Resin bound, imprinted concrete, block paving and tarmac each get their own pricing, and we set yours to your rates at onboarding, including overlay work where the existing base is sound.
You can, and most do. Paying is what secures your towns, and you pick a time for your onboarding call straight after. If you'd rather talk first, there's a button for that on the form.
Full refund, same day. The coverage checker is kept up to date by hand, so there's a small chance two people ask for the same town in the same week. If that happens you get your money back or we swap you to a neighbouring town, whichever you'd rather.
You do, from the moment the enquiry lands. We don't market to them afterwards and we don't pass them to anyone else.
Payment secures your towns on the spot. Straight after it you fill in a short setup form and choose a slot for your onboarding call, evenings included.
Not ready to pay? There's a button under the form to book a call instead. No sales pressure either way.
We'll check coverage in your area and come back within one working day. If you'd rather talk now, call the office on 07562 746 637.
